It has been about six months since the release of Frozen, with no end in sight for its increasing popularity. Merchandise featuring the characters has been difficult to come by due to the incredible demand from fans snatching up everything they can get their hands on. Disney Parks continue to add entertainment experiences with Anna, Elsa, and Olaf, as plans for attractions are currently being drawn up. A new Frozen parade float is also on the way to Disneyland – get a peek at its design after the break!
Given the sheer size of Disney’s theme parks, and the company’s dedication to implement story-infused experiences, it takes time for additions to make their way into the parks. As an attempt to inch closer to the demand by guests to see more of the Frozen characters (lines to meet Anna and Elsa often approach the 3 hour mark and regularly sail past it), Disney has announced that a new parade float is heading to Disneyland on the west coast. In the concept art (above) shared by the Disney Parks Blog, Anna and Elsa will be accompanied by summer-loving Olaf.
The Frozen parade float makes its debut at Disneyland mid-June, just in time for Olaf’s favorite season.
